She recently began singing with Bantum Rooster, a popular Asheboro-based band. They’re performing “at least two weekends a month, especially in the summer,” Hill said.
“It’s not about the money. The reason I do it is I love music and singing. It’s part of who I am. It doesn’t matter if it’s a small venue, I’ll always be playing somewhere.
“And sharing,” AB added. “We’re all here for one thing — our love of music. Why not share things and help the next person?”
