
The music continues Friday (11 a.m. -11 p.m.) with Asheboro’s own Flint Hill, Williamson Branch (a family based band from Nashville), Chosen Road (bluegrass gospel), Carson Peters and Iron Mountain (a young fiddler who has performed on the Grand Ole Opry with Ricky Skaggs), Terry Baucom and his Dukes of Drive, Nothin’ Fancy, and host band, Doyle Lawson and Quicksilver.
Campers began rolling in early Wednesday morning in anticipation of the bluegrass festival held annually at the DentonFarmPark.
